Regulatory status
WPE Investments EE is an unregulated investment and holding company under Greek law. All regulated services connected to Onyx Treasury — client accounts, payments, custody — are performed by licensed partner institutions, whose identities are disclosed to clients during onboarding. WPE Investments never receives, holds, or transmits client funds.
Tax transparency
Accounts connected to Onyx Treasury are subject to automatic international tax reporting (CRS, and CARF for digital assets). We do not advise on, structure around, or assist with the avoidance of tax reporting — ever.
